Petr Novák, director of Koyo Bearings,  based in Olomouc, has been promoted to international position. He will continue to act as President of KBCZ after the new job is accepted. What awaits him in the Japanese headquarters?

Novák accepted a job offer as General Manager of the Global Acceleration Team, which is included in Corporate Planning at JTEKT's headquarters in Nagoya.

The organisational structure of the Olomouc company will undergo a major change with effect from 1 July. Petr Novák, who has been head of the Olomouc company since 2008, has taken a position in the headquarters of the multinational corporation JTEKT, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan. This will become the first member of the management at JTEKT headquarters, which is not of Japanese nationality. This headquarters has over 50,000 employees, 65 factories worldwide and sales of up to $ 13 billion.
