ŠKODA unveils SCALA G-TEC with natural gas drive.
At the CNG Mobility Days in Berlin June 24 - 25, 2019, ŠKODA presents for the first time an eco-friendly version of its new ŠKODA SCALA G-TEC. The natural gas-powered SCALA complements the new compact car with an option that is both efficient and environmentally friendly.
The 66 kW (90 hp) 1.0 GTEC model and its three CNG tanks allow for a range of approximately 410 kilometers based on preliminary measurements on natural gas only. Combined with a tank of nine liters of petrol, the total range is approximately 630 kilometers.
